Commemorative vase of visit by Danish Team (Kjobenhavns Boldklub) to Lord's 1954. Porcelain (Royal Copenhaven), terra cotta and pale grey under Craquelee glaze. Decoration: gold stencilled medallion comprising monogram of the initials K B with date, 1876 in centre. Gold band around foot bears the inscription: K.B. v M.C.C. August 10th 1954; on rim: gold and black bands. Marks: trade mark similar to M.63.11; written in black script: the figures 212, 3626 and the letters b x.
