Commemorative goblet of M.C.C. 150th Anniversary, 1937. Glass, James Powell, Whitefriars Glass Works. Designed by Barnaby Powell. Design: tulip shaped with bulbous stem. Decoration: blanked proof for monogram and figures only: hand engraved 1787 - M.C.C. - 1937. On the bottom is engraved: Designed by Barnaby Powell and engraved by William Wilson for the M.C.C. This version rejected (it differs from the accepted design in that the numbers have longer 'tails').
