Cream, long sleeve, v-neck jumper. Two, wide brown stripes to neck and waist. Embroidered patch: Surrey motif (three Prince of Wales feathers, crown, motto ' Ich Dien') left chest.
Alec Bedser. Surrey & England 1939-1960. Surrey long sleeved sweater, by Jack Hobbs of London, worn by Bedser during his playing career. The sweater with embroidered Surrey emblem of the Prince of Wales feathers to chest and trimming to neck and waist in Surrey colours. 'Bedser' handwritten to makers label. G
