Description
Engraving. Depicts a man wearing an apron in a wooden shed or workshop. He is using a tool to shave the reverse of a cricket bat clamped in a vice on a workbench. He is surrounded by bats in all stages of manufacture with shavings on the floor. Title and signature in pencil on lower edge. ‘Artist’s signed proof’
