Navy blue blazer worn by Smith whilst playing for Surrey in the 1970s/ 1980s. Embroidered Surrey emblem on the breast pocket. Single breasted with two gold coloured buttons with a lion rampant on each. Two smaller buttons on RHS sleeve, one button on LHS sleeve.
