Description
Pair of wicket keeping gloves. Red, leather trank and fourchettes, with three points, white diagonal stripe on reverse. Black, dimpled rubber palm. Protection to digit ends and horizontal and vertical padded cuff. Single strap webbing, which has been shortened. Buckle and strap on cuff.
This pair worn during the last six Test Matches of his England career. Made in England in the Alan Knott red leather. These gloves were worn at Old Trafford England v Australia 1981 when he passed the record for victims by an England wicket-keeper against Australia over a career.
