Framed scorecards acquired by MCC. Includes the following items: Scorecard for match played at Darnell between 11 Leicester and 11 Sheffield players for 200 sovereigns printed by J. Plant of Nottingham, 7-10 September 1824 (original reference: TN.2008.274) Scorecard for match played at The Oval between England and Australia, 11-13 August 1902 (donated to the Arts and Library Department by Gilbert Laird Osborne Jessop in 1976) (original reference: TN.2008.320). The scorecard records a century by Jessop's father, G L Jessop.
