Biography on reverse reads: "R. E. S. Wyatt (Warwickshire) Captain of Warwickshire, Wyatt led England in four of the five Tests against Australia, 1934. Was also England's Captain in last Test in 1930, and Vice-Captain during the 1932-1933 tour of Australia. Wyatt, has in addition to Australia, visited India, South Africa and the West Indies. Captained the M.C.C. Team in West Indies, 1934-35. Holds Warwickshire county record with 2,020 runs, compiled in 1928."
