Subjects include correspondence between the Curator, Rob G Berkley, The Reverend G V Blois (Fretherne Refectory) and Geoffrey Grigson relating to identification of the location of the cricket match depicted in the painting “An XI of England vs. XX Gentlemen of Gloucestershire, 1831” which appears in the book “The noble game of cricket” (page 201) by Sir Jeremiah Colman.
