Glazed, earthenware, Staffordshire figurine of two cricketers on one base. Batsman wearing dark blue jacket and black, broad brimmed hat/boater and the wicketkeeper crouching, wearing dark blue jacket and pink trousers.

Pair, Figures, Staffordshire ‘Cottage’ probably made in the factory of Sampson Smith of Longton about the middle of the 19th century (V & A Museum)? A pair of figures – batsman and wicket-keeper, both wearing royal blue coats.
A similar piece was purchased from Drury & Drury, 1950
