Spliced cane handle, twined. Double sprung (perpendicular springs). Straight blade, indistinct swell. Worn toe. Blade bound with twine. Multiple nails in toe. Maker’s marks on face, reverse and head of handle. Ink inscription to reverse.
Used to score 323, not out, Hampshire vs. Norfolk.
