Flags of many different countries are hung out from the pavillion and tents, and streaming in the wind. 06/08/2012: Various small brown marks over the picture, a faint stain near bottom left corner. Accretion and slight smudging on the glass. A 3 cm chip near the middle left side of the frame, a 2 cm scratch (and chip in polish) bottom left of frame and two 1 cm chips to the left of it. Another 2 cm scratch and chip in polish near bottom right. Various small dents and faint scratches around the frame, general wear.
