Central portion: Large silver ball with wide silver band with inscription in English and Sri Lankan ‘England – Sri Lanka Cricket Tests Trophy Awarded by His Excellency J.R. Jayawardena President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka February 1982’. Upper portion: Detaches by twisting and lifting. Large bowl with scroll decoration, two deep scrolled handles with foliate decoration, fluted neck fits into rectangular box topped with four cricket balls. Box decorated with a lion on each face.
