Cup with white underglaze, hand coloured print transfer decoration showing male figures with peg legs and hook hands playing cricket. At the bottom of image is a painted jug labelled "grog". Gold leaf on rim.

This scene represents a match between Greenwich Hospital and Chelsea Hospital Pensioners, the artificial limbs being a result of injuries received during military service.
