Description
Flat piece of silver metal, gentle curve to outer edge. Inner edge curved centre with right angles at either end. Red and white ribbon tied to hole. Maker’s name on one side and assay type stamps on the other.

321 Bat gauge. A rarely seen original metal (steel?) bat gauge with red and white ribbon tie.
Engraved maker’s name and title of ‘Jefferies & Co Cricket Bat Gauge’ to one side, maker’s marks to verso. Date unknown.
Sold with a Warwickshire County Cricket Club members car pass for 1962 in metal mount, a
modern circular Philadelphia Cricket Club plaque, possibly a car badge with two mounting holes. Also a
Cricketers’ groundsman’s measuring tape with brass fittings
