Description
Tinted lithographs after drawings by C. Hunt. 4 portraits printed on one sheet: Upper left- Fuller Pilch stood at the stumps with bat in hand. Wearing top hat. In the distance on the left is a house and trees in the background. Upper right - William Lillywhite is stood holding a cricket ball. Wearing top hat and black cravate. To the right is a windmill and there are farmlands and houses off to the left. Bottom left - Thomas Box is standing behind the stumps ready to receive a take as wicket-keeper. He is wearing a white top hat and blue bow tie. There are trees in the background (The only difference between this print and M.2015.588). Bottom right - James Corbett is standing holding a ball in his hands. There is a small picket fence in the background and hills and trees.
