Description
Aquatint, uncoloured except for Mynn in part.
Four seperate mezzotint prints on one page. Top left: Mynn is standing with a ball held in his two hands. He is wearing a white top hat. There is a tent in the background on the right with a flag. There are trees and hills in the background. He is wearing a blue cravate. Top right: Charles George Taylor is holding a bat as if about to be bowled to. He is wearing a black top hat. There are trees on the left and right in the background. And King's College Chapel, Cambridge is in the background on the left. Bottom right: Roger Kynaston is standing with hands out, ready to receive a catch. There is a wall with hills and trees on the right. Lord's pavillion of the time is on the left. Bottom left: George Leopold Langdon, he is holding a bat in one hand the other hand is on his waist. There is a temple-style building on the right, and a hill with a windmill atop of it in the distance. St.Peter's church, Brighton is on the left. Name and printing details benath all four figures. Card-mounted and heavily coloured.
