Dark blue cloth covered helmet with red and yellow circular Sri Lanka lion logo attached to front of crown. Only one, clear plastic cheek piece, broken and partially attached to right side. Black chinstrap. Inside is inscribed 'Sat. 27-1-1996, Batsman Jayasuriya, Bowling Reiffel, Adelaide, Est. speed 80 mph'.
