Dark blue velvet cap with silver cord trim and silver tassle hanging from centre of crown. England three lions logo embroidered on front of crown. 'England V New Zealand, Edgbaston, 5 July 1990, C. C. Lewis' embroidered in silver on the top of the peak. This is not his debut cap according to C Lewis. He was a suprise addition to the team due to a fellow player's injury.
