Thin walled, silver mug with pressed design. Flat base. Handle in the form of a girl holding a dog. Body decorated with scrolls and flowers over a cricket scene. Six cricketers with a tent etched in the background. The three stump wicket and straight bat date the scene mid-late 18th century. Initials engraved in blank cartouche ‘DMER’. Maker’s marks under rim.
