DUPLICATE Tinted lithograph from watercolour painting by G. F. Watts, depicting Fuller Pilch. Watts is known to have produced the drawings for two series of cricket lithographs, a series of six prints illustrating batting strokes published in 1837-38 for which Felix was the model, and a pair of about 1840 entitled "The Batsman" and "The Bowler", whose subjects were Fuller Pilch and Alfred Mynn. Pilch's main teams were Norfolk CCC (1820-36) and Suffolk CCC (1830-47). He is generally considered as the finest batsman of his time.
