Sikh Union (East Africa) Gong presented to M.C.C. 1958. Silver and ivory, mounted on black wooden base. Design: between a pair of ivory tusks, clasped by silver bands is slung a drum shaped gong. On the gong, beneath an engraving of the Union's badge is inscribed: Presented by/the Sikh Union/to/the M.C.C./on the occasion of/the first East African Tour/of their team/Nairobi, 11.1.1958.
