Description
Victorian, cream tile with transfer print image. Roundel of two Tudor cricketers, batsman with doublet and hose, wicketkeeper behind three stump wicket, wearing britches and a flower on his arm. Post 1850 straight bat and bails with crenulations. In the background are a tent and a pennant bearing the initials ‘F C C’. The corner spandrels are filled with a bat and ball motif. No maker's mark.
