Free Foresters Cricket Club banner c.1860. Silk, green (doubled), covered netting, red, with silk (badge) applique, yellow (gold). Design: in the centre are the initials F,F, connected with a cord loosely entwined in a Hastings knot and encircled with a belt bearing the motto: United though Untied. The banner edged with green and red tassells. Sold at 1987 MCC Bicentenary auction, as part of lot 579, for £160.00
