Cup, late Victorian, silver plated (?) Sheffield, banded with silver; of unknown batsman, presented by R.S.S. Design: tall, has an oval body with narrow neck and stem, twin curved handles; lid is surmounted by a lion. Surface engraved in formal patterns, edged with beading. In centre front is represented a small figure of a batsman; on the reverse is inscribed: Presented by R.S.S. (monogram). No apparent maker's mark.
