Marylebone Cricket Club boundary flag, 19th century, c.1864. Wool, red with yellow silk applique, canvas edge, metal eyelets. Design: in the centre of the flag is the M.C.C. monogram. (The wool ground cut away on the reverse to render the silk transparent).
