Printed catalogues of the collection of cricket literature collected by Alfred L Ford and presented to MCC by his nephew Hugh in 1930, compiled by MCC Curator Diana Rait Kerr. The folder also contains correspondence between Rait Kerr and the British Museum regarding the use of laminated machines for preserving newspapers, a recipe for leather dressing, transcription of an indenture between Walpole Eyre and Thomas Lord for a property on the north west side of Saint John’s Wood Road [MCC/SEC/4/3/2], transcription of the lease between Walpole Eyre and William Ward for Lord’s Cricket Ground [MCC/SEC/4/2/1], notes on the MCC Copies of ‘The Cricketer’s Manual’ by Bat (Charles Box).
