Trading card depicting a black and white photograph of a groundsman sitting on top of a roller being pulled by a horse in front. Series No. 11. Description on reverse reads: "Before the introduction of Eden Park, Auckland's main cricketing venue was the Domain which had hosted everything from club cricket to international fixtures. The picture, taken in 1905 shows groudnsman Bill Pearce rolling the pitch. The horse was fitted with leather shoes to prevent its hooves from damaging the pitch in any way."
