Message on reverse states: "Dear George, Received your letter pleased to hear you are enjoying yourself and like the new school I will try to come over and see you when I get a chance. Your friend Bert." Sent to: Master G. Sawyer, Brentwood Grammar School, Brentwood, Essex. With London postmark, stamp removed.
