- Ambito e contenutoPostcard depicting a black and white photographic group of portrait of Essex and Leicestershire cricket teams at Colchester Cricket Festival in 1926, twenty-two players, two umpires and seven suited gentlemen are positioned in three rows. All players are wearing cricket whites with three wearing Essex blazers with seaxe crest on breast pocket, four wear Essex caps with seaxe crest on the front, four wear Leicestershire blazers with fox crest on breast pocket, four wear Leicestershire caps with fox crest on the front, two wear blazers with a possible flower crest on breast pocket, one of which wears a cap with the same crest, one wears an Incogniti blazer, one wears a blazer with pairs of thin white and black stripes, one wears a blazer with black and coloured stripes and one wears a blazer with thin white and light stripes and unknown crest on breast pocket, eight wear plain blazers or with crests obscured or too faint to make out. Twelve wear v-neck cableknit sweaters with varities in trim, one wears an England tour cap with St. George and dragon crest on the front, three wear white cravats. The two umpires wear suits with white overcoats and trilby hats, one of the suited gentlemen wears a trilby hat. Situated immediately in front of a wooden structure. Postcard is unused.
