- Etendue et contenuPostcard depicting a black and white photographic group portrait of the 1903-1904 MCC Team in Australia, twelve players are positioned in two rows. All players are wearing cricket whites, eleven wear MCC touring blazers with St. George and dragon crest on breast pocket, one wears a black and light thick striped blazer, eleven wear MCC touring caps with St. George and dragon crest on the front, one wears a v-neck sweater with oversized collar and one wears a round-neck sweater. No.288. Photograph by T Bolland. Research indicates the photograph was taken at Lord's Cricket Ground for a match against Rest of England in 1904. Message on reverse reads: "Dear Maude You have some views of Cricket in your collection so herewith is a group of theactors in the fame. [?] will material by raise the status of your collection. Yours Alfred." Sent to: Miss Richardson, 52 Etherley Rd, South Tottenham, N. Green Edward VII half penny stamp with London postmark, 12 October 1904, 5:45 pm.
