Shared in record sixth wicket partnership for Middlesex of 227 with Fred Titmus v South Africa. Averaged 41.55 in the County Championship in 1972. Highest score is 171 v Cambridge U. Replaced the injured Mike Brearley on England tour of Pakistan and New Zealand in 1977/78."
