Postcard depicting a black and white photographic group of portrait of Essex and Northamptonshire cricket teams at Colchester Cricket Festival in 1925, twenty-two players, two umpires, three suited gentlemen and a lady are positioned in four rows. All players are wearing cricket whites with one wearing an England tour blazer with St. George and dragon crest on breast pocket with striped trim, one wears a Free Foresters blazer, three wear blazers with thin light stripes, two wear Incogniti blazers, one wears a blazer. The two umpires wear suits with white overcoats and trilby hats, eleven gentlemen wear suits, the lady (seated centrally) wears a dress and hat. Situated immediately in front of a wooden structure. Postcard is unused.
