Postcard depicting a black and white photographic group portrait of the 1931 New Zealand Cricket Team in England vs. Glamorgan at St. Helens Cricket Ground, twelve palyers and two members of staff are positioned in three rows. All players wear cricket whites, ten wear New Zealand tour blazers with silver fern crest on breast pocket, all wear v-neck cableknit sweaters with three-striped trim, two wear pads and one wears skeleton pads. One staff member wears a grey suit and the other wears an overcoat. Situated at boundary edge of playign area with pavilion in background.
Postcard is unused. Note on reverse reads: St. Helens, August 1st 1931 11.30 to 6.30 Swansea, Glamorgan vs. New Zealand.
