Postcard depicting a black and white photographic group portrait of Leicestershire County Cricket Club in 1947, eleven players and scorer are positioned in two rows. All players are wearing cricket whites, ten wear v-neck cableknit sweaters with two thin stripes either side of a thick stripe trim, one wears a v-neck cableknit sweater with thick dark stripe trim, one wears pads, one wears a Leicestershire cap with fox crest on the front, the scorer wears a suit and homburg hat. Located at edge of playing area with pavilion in background.
