Postcard depicting a black and white photographic portrait of Albert Hallam bowling at the wicket mid-delivery with arm above head. He is wearing cricket whites, undershirt with roll-neck collar, possibly an early Notttinghamshire cap with NCC crest on the front and tied belt. Stand with scoreboard in background, located at Trent Bridge.
Message on reverse states: "Dear old Lottie. I hope your friend got in at London Road last night. Dorothy and I have just had an argument about the pronouncing of the word Cheltenham, said it was pronounced."
