Postcard depicting a black and white photographic portrait of John Tyldesley taking guard at the wicket. He is wearing cricket whites, Lancashire cap with red rose crest on the front, wrapped leather tubing batting gloves, pads and belt. Trees in background. Located at Hove County Ground.
Message on reverse reads: "Dear [?] I go to a dancing class every Wednesday at the Angel but was not very well yesterday - all right today. Dad comes home tonight, - Dog got V.H.C. From [?] Dorries."
