Track 2: [0:00-4:52] Turner talks about the impact of the Kolpak ruling on counties, the distribution of money to the counties and his belief that there should be a restriction on overseas players. Track 3: [0:00-1:27] Turner talks about his signings for Leicestershire County Cricket Club while as secretary including home-grown players, [1:27-3:49] Turner talks about signing Paul Nixon and the status of youth development, [3:49-5:41] Turner talks about the support staff employed by the England team.
